Magenable releases a new extension that allows using Amazon Simple Email Service (AWS SES) for sending transactional emails from Magento 2 /Adobe Commerce stores.
The extension seamlessly replaces default server mail sending functionality, so all you need to do is activate it and your transactional emails start to flow via AWS SES.
AWS SES is probably the most cost effective email delivery service with simple pricing $0.1 per 1,000 emails sent (extra charges apply is attachment used). Full pricing is available at AWS website
Unlike other email gateway extensions available, AWS SES integration from Magenable utilizes SES API rather than SMTP. That approach improves performance 3-4 times and allows to integrate better with SES.
